Vose, Inc.  has  staff members dedicated to providing Operable Wall/Airwall repairs and service to all major brands of partition systems.  Besides being a MODERNFOLD distributor, our qualified staff can give you estimates for onsite repairs, panel face damage, electrical motor operations, and preventative maintenance on any operable wall system.

RECOVERING SERVICES

Remodeling, repairing, redecorating or just plain tired of the way your operable wall system looks?  Gardiner C. Vose, Inc. offers affordable recovering services with a wide variety of vinyls, fabrics and carpets all of which pass standard Federal Specifications.

REPLACEMENT ESTIMATES

Gardiner C. Vose, Inc. can also provide an estimate to replace your entire system, offering the latest in safety, sound deflection and technology innovations.  We can remove, dispose of old materials, repair ceilings and install an all-new MODERNFOLD operable wall system at an affordable cost.

 

PREVENTATITVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS

We also offer Preventative Maintenance Agreement programs on all makes and models of operable wall partition systems.  Our staff can provide quarterly, six-month, or annual service check-ups and preventative maintenance on your system to maintain its optimal operating condition and prevent future problems before they happen.

INSPECTION:

  1. All tracks, trolleys, curves, intersections, switches and supports.
  2. All accoustical seals, including operable top and bottom seals.
  3. All panels and panelface finish materials.
  4. All jambs, hinges, passdoors and pocket doors.
  5. Electric motors, switches and drive components.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE:

  1. Clean and lubricate track surfaces.
  2. Adjust panels to plumb.
  3. Lubricate trolleys, hinges and moving parts.
  4. Adjust operable top and bottom seals.Tighten loos accoustical seals, hinges, panel trim and trolleys.
  5. Adjust limit switches, clutches, and chains on electric walls.
  6. Instructional training session of system setup for your staff.

 

WRITTEN REPORT IDENTIFYING:

  1. Any unsafe conditions.
  2. Panels out of level or plumb that require additional repairs.
  3. Worn, damaged or broken components requiring replacement.
  4. Price for material and/or labor to correct deficiencies.
